The Data Controller
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), <strong>Zaninoni International Forwarding Agent S.P.A., with its legal headquarters at Via IV Novembre, 7 – 24060 Bagnatica (BG)</strong>, is the Data Controller of your personal data. The Data Protection Officer has not been appointed. The updated list of data processors and authorized persons for processing is kept at the legal headquarters of the organization.
Data Subject to Processing
The site may process personal data such as name, surname, contact details, as well as information that the user decides to enter into the contact form. This includes navigation data, the computer systems, and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website, which could acquire, during their normal operation, your personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment, based on the type of cookies authorized by the user. Purposes of Processing
The purposes of processing personal data are:
- Responding to user/customer requests through the contact form;
- Site functionality;
- With the user’s prior consent, improving the quality of the user experience and enabling interactions with external content, networks, and platforms.
Duration of Processing
Personal data related to purpose 1 will be stored for as long as necessary to provide the user with a response. Data provided for purposes 2 and 3 will be stored for the duration defined by the cookie policy. After this period, the data will be destroyed.
Nature of Data Provision
Purposes 1 and 2 are based on fulfilling pre-contractual obligations. The provision is entirely voluntary. Consent to the processing of data is mandatory in relation to purpose 3. Any refusal to provide the data by the user will prevent the Data Controller from fulfilling the related purpose.
Methods of Data Processing
The data will be processed and stored solely for the purposes indicated above using both paper and electronic media, entered into appropriate databases and processed with tools suitable to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679. All technical and organizational measures will be adopted to ensure a level of data protection in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679. Access will be granted only to those persons authorized in writing to process the personal data. The data may be communicated and/or collected to/from third parties. These third parties will be duly designated as data processors and will be involved in fulfilling obligations arising from the legal relationship in place, as well as specific legal requirements.
Social Platforms
The website may provide access points to so-called Social Network services and platforms. Zaninoni International Forwarding Agent S.P.A. advises caution regarding the sharing of personal information on thematic channels through “comments” or “public posts” when using these platforms. The terms of use and privacy policies applicable to each of these social media services, published on their respective websites, regulate the information provided. Zaninoni International Forwarding Agent S.P.A. does not perform any form of control over the use of personal information shared in a public forum, comment area, or message board, making the user solely responsible for any disclosure.
Communication to Third Parties and/or Dissemination of Data
The data may be communicated to external subjects, designated in writing, if necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to fulfill obligations arising from a contract in which you are/will be a party, or to comply with specific requests prior to concluding the contract. The recipients of personal data communications are also identifiable in the following categories of recipients:
• Judicial authorities, professionals, companies, public administrations, or other entities designated for processing related to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting, and management obligations linked to the ordinary course of the Data Controller’s economic activity (legal obligations);
• Suppliers and web platforms for which data sharing is necessary for the Data Controller’s activity, particularly regarding the fulfillment of pre-contractual obligations towards the data subject (contractual obligations);
The collected data will not be disseminated in any way.
Intention to Transfer Data Abroad
he data will be transmitted solely within Italy and within the European Union.
Rights Under EU Regulation 2016/679
The data subject may, at any time, exercise the rights under Article 7, paragraph 3, and Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679:
- Right of access to personal data;
- Right to obtain rectification or deletion of the data or the limitation of processing;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to withdraw consent, where applicable (the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
